The FCC should forward all complaints of violations of the National DO NOT CALL LIST to the State Atterney General for enforcement of the violations. This would spend up the process and force Telamarketer companies to rethink how they do business. This includes recently released private cell phone numbers the people pay for by the minute and these companies are using our minutes illegally to start with. Iincrease the violation fine to $5,000.00 per violation so it has more stopping power. This should also include debt collectors that call the wrong number but refuse to stop calling when they are made aware of this fact.
