This is to petition is to request to have a review of the The Controlled Substances Act and The Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act of 1970. I would like to see a review of this act by the Federal Drug Administration. The FDA would use today's American Medical Association (AMA) standards to reevaluate the classification of the schedules of controlled substances and their medicinal effectiveness.
