Due to the current state of the economy, and the growing number of people (particularly illegal immigrants) who are applying for and are currently on government entitlements, I propose we utilize a federal agency to perform background checks and to check the citizenship status of said people. This will create more jobs. Also, I propose a bill that will exclude those who have committed Class A felonies from collecting government entitlements. This will help the economy AND reduce the crime rate.
