have a federal deduction for the person paying Family (child) Support.

Created by S.R. on November 03, 2011

Many people pay family support in this country, but there are no deductions for the person paying family support for their child/children. The person on the receiving end pays no taxes on the monies they are receiving weekly or monthly, which over many years can be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, and in most cases use the child or children as a dependent. We the people believe there should be fairness for the person being responsible for taking care of their child/children. We believe they should be able to deduct the monies that go out of their pockets.
