have the Federal Government pay all state sales taxes. The tax exempt process is inefficient for the Feds and Retailers.

Created by S.P. on December 17, 2015

The Federal Government wastes time and money in order to have state sales tax exempt status. The process to ensure each transaction is exempt costs more money in Federal wages than it saves in sales tax. Pay the sales tax to each state and avoid the confusion and waste of time. Also this would put more money into those states to spend on the local level, a much more efficient use of the money than the Federal Government can do.
