I would like the Federal Government to require that each states penalties for non violent, first time offense, misdemeanor crimes be identical per the individual states guidelines. In other words each state is in charge of what the penalty may be, however whatever that penalty is, it must be identical for any person and unequivocally so.
I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
This measure protects the pledge of allegiance, and solves major issues of racial and financial differences so that there truly is justice for all.
This is in effect the solution to justice for all! It can and should be taken a lot further. I am laying the ground work.
