To have a federal law that will require all states to recognize any states concealed weapons permit.

In our great nation, we have so many Gun Laws the vary from state to state, it is almost like entering into another country when one crosses a state line. One state who legally issues a concealed weapons permit to a law abiding citizen, should be recognized by another state. One with a permit may be legal and qualified to carry a weapon, but as soon as they cross into another state, like California, they become subject to arrest! I believe there should be a federal statute that will allow/force all states to recognize another state concealed weapons permit. We as American Citizens have the right to self-protecting of life and property, yet some states deprive that from us. It wasn’t long ago that police offices were subject to similar sanctions, until Pres. Bush changed that.
