PayPal conducts business as a bank and should be regulated as such.
Member deposits are being arbitrarily confiscated for up to 180 days, leaving account holders to subsidize PayPals lack of internal competence and PayPals breathtaking greed. Many PayPal members have paid for this corruption with the loss of their businesses.
Please give us a fighting chance in this dismal economy and close the loopholes that allow Paypal to commit financial fraud against American Citizens.
