By having a flat tax write-off, companies will be able to donate the exact retail value of their product or service to volunteers that participate in any form of volunteering.Companies will be mandated to create jobs in return and recipients will be mandate to volunteer. With this plan there will be so many jobs open that we will be able to let more foreigners in, cut military costs, have free hospitals from donations and virtually any type of entity will be able to participate. The recipients will have a credit card like a welfare card that will permit them to get things that they need as long as they volunteer.
