Have the Food Drug and Cosmetic Act of 1932 amended to allow the import of Kinder and other Surprise Eggs.

Created by L.W. on December 13, 2013

Legalize the sale of Kinder Surprise Eggs! Children all over the world enjoy Kinder Surprise Eggs. I think this ban needs to end. According to the packaging they are not for children under three. Lots of other edible and inedible items in the US bear this labeling and are sold to millions of Americans yearly. With adequate adult supervision these chocolate eggs are good for children. Not only are they a small snack with milk creme, but the toys inside help keep young children entertained and incite creativity. The low cost of the snack with a toy is also a plus for young families, and for older ones they are collectible. A search for injuries caused by Surprise eggs revealed none known. Allow US citizens to consume these chocolates and stop making us the laughing stock of the world
