this petition allows the southern states of america to be called the CONFEDERATE STATES OF AAMERICA ,and for us to have our own free goverment, and senate, but still be citizens of the united states of america, but have our own law and trade rights,own constitution, judicial branch of goverment, THERE FORE the following states HAVE THE RIGHT TO SECEDE FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND are to be members of the C.S.A
