Have Google give its users the option to fully merge their accounts regardless of the "products" they use such as Gmail.

I have multiple 4 google accounts for both my personal life and for work but if I was given the option to merge accoints, I could remove two of them. This is because google does not allow accounts to be merged or to change one's Gmail address with any one account. This has caused my accounts to balloon into "one account is just email and another is for my android account and the other is for YouTube.". It is just a hassle and from what I've seen on Google's support forums, a lot of people have this same frustration. So, I want to petition Google to add this feature or something similar.
