Respectfully Requesting President Barack Obama to look into issues surrounding the rudeness of most IRS Customer Service Rep (1-800-829-1040). After waiting about an hour, I finally got someone on the phone, I asked her why is my refund check taking so long even when the status online says it was mail 4 weeks ago, and she immediately said thats how is works and she hunged up.
