Have the government raise awareness and take serious measures against animal cruelty and exploitation

We see animals as objects to be used freely. They are subject to confinement, exploitation, forced labor, ownership, physical violence, killing and devaluation. We are all aware of this; the media has highly publicized animal cruelty through videos, for example, but no one takes action.
Stronger, government developed programs and campaigns should be created to raise awareness against this.
The penalization against animal abusers in slaughterhouses, farms and our own neighborhoods should be firmly enforced. It is not something we can overlook.
