Have a Gun certificate this enable all the people who want guns to be checked by a firearms Police Officer

Have all Guns registered and before a person can get a gun be visited by a Police Officer in the firearms department for verification of the person and his abode and a DNA on every bullet fired in the weapon
Also everyone must use a gun range and go on a coiurse before having the weapon to be able to show they know how to use it and clean it and fire it.
This must be done when buying the gun the first week at an approved facility and every 3 months that weapon must be fired at a range with at least 20 rounds passing through the weapon.
This helps the Gun industry also brings in revenue for the Govt.
Schools should have an armed guard at every school and a room that is bullet protected to ensure safety for the occupants
