The US SENATE is having a great deal of trouble getting any work done. They can't seem to pass any legislation. Most of this is due the Filibuster Rule, which allows the minority to stop the passage of any legislation just by saying they are going to filibuster the bill,(they don't even have to do the filibuster). We need Harry Reid to stand up on the first day the Senate meets and propose the rule that a simple majority rules
