I would like harsher punishment for animal abusers in Georgia and Tennessee. Prohibit hog dog fighting and require person charged with animal fighting to post a bond to cover the costs of caring for the animals. These are not on the list for either of these states and I think they should be. If there are harsher punishments maybe they would stop all of this abuse! Animals have rights too!
