Yesterday a video online was posted showing Leon Rosby being arrested for filming a group of police officers from the Hawthorne, California area.
An act that is legal and is not reason for arrest.
Robsy put his dog inside of his car when the police went up to Rosby and put him in handcuffs. Rosby's dog jumped out of the car seeing that Rosby was in distress.
Without warning a cop from the Hawthorne Police Department fatally shoots the dog 4 times .
This is cruel and unfair to Leon Robsy and the Hawthorne Police Department should publicly apologize and charge those involved with this event.
