Have Health Care Institutions make their fees public record to increase competition (ex. hospitals,labs, clinics, etc.)

Make it MANDATORY, that all health care business must create (maintain and update frequently) a publicly available web site that lists all of their fees. (include Hospitals, Clinics, Labs, Pharmaceuticals, Dentists, Ophthalmologist, Assisted living facilities,etc.)
