I am trying to get my fiance, Marueen O'Leary to be able to re-enter the USA without a Fiance Visa and gain residency based on our long term relationship. I was able to do this in her country, Ireland. She over stayed her time in the US by 9 days and needs a visa. I overstayed there by 13 months, was in and out of Ireland several times and then recieved residency in Ireland based on our long term, documented relationship. Yes, we would like to someday get married. For now would just like to get her here without me having to show I can pay for her. Once here and residencey that wouldn't be needed.
