The natural beauty of the world is ever present, however, the beauty and mystery of the sky goes unseen by most. If everyone in the United States can collectively turn off all of the lights for just one hour in unison, citizens would be able to see the true beauty of the night sky. If successful, this black out can become a yearly Earth Day tradition.
