House Speaker John Boehner, by inviting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to speak before Congress, has violated the Logan Act. Specifically, the part that reads, 'to defeat the measures of the United States', in that the Israeli PM's visit is meant to derail President Obama's negotiations with Iran to prevent the Iranians from developing a nuclear weapon. He had no authority to do so, and he should be arrested and tried for the criminal he is. When the people who create the laws aren't punished for breaking them, what does that say about us, the People? Hold this man accountable for his crime, and restore our faith in the rule of law.
