Have humans return to the moon

Humans have not returned to the moon since 1972 and I feel that we should start to do so. If we want to learn how we were made we should return. It is risky but we have proven that we have done it before with much less technology. We have made so many advances since then that we have the ability to return to the surface of Tranquility and Storms. This could also be a start for going further places like Mars, but we should start out small. This doesn't need to be done by the end of a decade but should be done. The whole world stop to watch Neil take a small step and We as a nation and World should take a bigger step to go back.
