Have the internet cable companies create educational channels ... from Kindergarten to PhD in various subjects

Created by J.M. on February 21, 2014

Cable television is a form of promoting culture awareness and entertainment at the same time. Why not use cable television shows (and satellite dishes) to educate people of all ages over the internet - with testing and grading and research still controlled by academia. The idea would allow people to learn more quickly and costs of subscribing should be minimal for all and free to the poor and/or indigent. Universities should be encouraged to provide the content - from Kindergarten to PhD levels ... so all are educated to the level they can without economic barriers.
