Have investigations to find ways to bring honesty back into our elections.

Elections are at the core of our Government system, and in order for our Democracy to work we need to be able to have honest elections. Anyone paying close attention to the last election, and watching the numbers should see beyond a reasonable doubt that there was major voting fraud.
Whenever there is over 100% voter turnout in a voting district, there should be an automatic recount, and an investigation for fraud.
If it is found before an election that there are many more registered voters than there are residents in a voting district we need to clean up the rolls, and federal assistance if requested should be available.
ID is required to buy cigarettes, alcohol, to cash a check, or even to request any kind of aid, so why not to vote?
