have the irs abolished and go with flat tax based on consumtion. that way regardless of status everyone pays their fare

reform tax laws to flat rate. based on consumption of goods. the poor will pay a small amount. the middle class will use more and pay more. the rich will consume the most and pay accordingly. i call it the 10-15-20 plan.
