Have I.R.S. and the States stop taking peoples homes and property when they can't pay their taxes, which are too high.

I.R.S. has and is actively taking peoples homes when they can't pay their taxes. I.R.S. may not even be a legal government office which is criminal. The people demand and answer about this. The States are actively taking peoples homes and having the Sheriff's office kick them out when they have trouble paying their land tax, which is rediculously high. All of this organized crime activity needs to stop, it is literally terrorism on our soil. There must be another way to help these people keep up with their taxes instead of ruining their lives. Stop using the Sheriff's office for civil issues like this.
