In these trying economic times my suggestion is to forgive the debt of those that owe the IRS $10,000 or lower from 2004 through 2012. . In order to assist the economy and to put more money into the market place where citizens could spend money they would otherwise be forced to handover to the IRS and the governments deep black hole to which the money is going.
