I was just wondering if you were going to make it mandatory for businesses to opt-in to the BBB. Businesses such as Nexon USA have opted-out due to the massive amounts of users who do not like their service, yet keep paying for it, using it, etc. Similarly, they have this very big problem of having a 6 month waiting time for support tickets through their own support ticket system. Even worse, their "Parent Company" Nexon KR, does not support their practices, and does not submit patches for games such as Mabinogi to them as such. (Some patches include security and game breaking bug fixes that really should be mandatory.) If companies continue to do this, then what kind of government would we be? I know, we're the "Land of the Free," but there should be some limits to that too.
