Anytime our California legislature wants taxes they go after our schools. They never cut their own budgets. It is a disgrace. Teachers lose their jobs and legislature gets to keep their jobs and spend more of our money. Classes are huge, case loads go up, kids have to do without. Look at California they are probably going to go bankrupt. Something has to get done.
