I saw a funny article on the internet about this very topic, and I was kinda put out that it wasn't real. So I decided to make this petition to see if Joe, and the American people are cool enough to get behind something so incredibly awesome. I don't really expect this to happen, but it would be pretty darn incredible if it did, and well, it would just about make my day.
