We need to send a clear message that no longer will we tolerate it when the rich get off on with little or no consequences when they commit crimes and no longer will we tolerate judges giving the rich breaks. Judge Jan Jurden committed a disgusting miscarriage of justice when she sentenced the du Pont heir Robert H. Richards to probation for raping his 3 year-old daughter because he "will not fare well". By removing Judge Jan Jurden from the bench and having her arrested we will make a clear statement that no longer will we tolerate the rich getting special treatment and must be held to the same standards as everyone else.
