All Americans have the right to be employed in public sector jobs especially construction. In these jobs people of color and women are not represented as they should, thus contributing to the high unemployment of minority citizens. The Justice Department needs to investigate those contractors who are violating EEOC policies and also award more contracts to minority contractors.
