Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2384 : US Code - Section 2384: Seditious conspiracy. With the government shutdown of October 1-17th, 2013, the Republican House of Representatives' leadership, among others, conspired to prevent, hinder, and delay by force the execution of the Affordable Care Act, which is the duly passed, constitutional law of the land. This is clearly a seditious act, and should not go without penalty.
