Have the Justice Department Investigate the Unjustified Shootings of Dogs by the Police.

Almost every day we read in the news of another dog being shot by trigger happy policemen. We ask that these shootings be investigated and regulations be put forward that would hold any officer that injured or killed an animal he could avoid be held liable to animal abuse charges and that said officer be barred permanently from law enforcement.
