Have the Justice department retry Ethan Couch for vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and disbar Judge Jean Boyd

Created by J.S. on December 14, 2013

Texas District Judge Jean Boyd has declared that the wealthy can now kill with impunity. Minors in Texas are not allowed even a .01 Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) yet 16 year old Ethan Couch was driving one of his father's company trucks with a BAC of .24 (three times the legal limit for adult drivers, he also had Valium in his blood. Mr. Couch ran over and killed 4 people as well as causing a permanent brain injury to one of his own passengers while he was intoxicated. The Judge ruled that since he was a child of wealth who had never been subjected to consequences for his bad behavior he should not be sentenced to consequences for this bad behavior either, presumably he can use the same defense next time when he does something even worse. Affluenza is not a valid defense. Disbar Jean Boyd.
