Have the Justice Dept open an investigation into the death of Kurt Cobain and the mishandling of the case by Seattle PD

The Justice Department needs to look into the death of Kurt Cobain of Nirvana fame and the mishandling of the case by the Seattle Police Department. The death was never investigated properly and only taken at face-value of Suicide. The case was horribly mishandled by the Seattle PD, even by 1994 standards.
