have Justice investigate states changing voters' access to the polls. GOP states are targeting minorities right to vote

GOP states are legislating new law directed at minorities right to vote. Most are requiring photo ID. Students not residents are being barred from the polls. Many elderly and disabled persons are being excluded from the polls. This is all happening with legislative changes to law to bar many individuals the right to vote in 2012. Please have the Justice Department challenge these new laws on an emergency basis with the Supreme Court of the United States on a fast docket. Karl Rove, the Koch brothers and other GOP monied interests are moving as quickly as possible to ensure that minorities are losing their basic right to vote in the presidential election in November, 2012. Unsure of Constitutional rights of states to change voting laws; have Justice review and adjudicate quickly.
