As of today there is NO law to force Data Brokers to allow citizens to opt-out of collecting personal data and selling it to others.
It's time to HAVE a federal law to force Data Brokers to allow us to opt-out from data collecting our personal information.
And this should NOT require us to expose more personal data to do so (like providing a copy of a driver's license).
