Have a license to own a bird of any kind in any domain. We understand that wildlife is decreasing, and we need your help

We understand more than ever before, our wildlife is being decreased rapidly. One of the few species being harmed is the bird species. We should have a license to own a bird in any domain or way. In no way shall a bird be held in a location without the permission from the government. This would protect our wildlife, and it would also keep birds healthy. Keeping birds trapped in a cage is not a good thing to do. They were meant to fly, and we are taking that away from them. It makes them unhealthy, and if they were to escape and let free to the wild again one day, it would have little to no chance of survival. Please, protect our birds.
