According to the constitution, we are granted the right to swift justice. With appeals courts, lawyers, and their paperwork, the justice system has grown to be horribly slow and inefficient. Justice should be administered on a state level by reputable men who do not tolerate nonsense. For every county, there needs to be an armed biker gang that acts as a police force. They shall be funded by the local government and are above the law. They have the right to raise funds using methods that might be illegal and if the populace sees these methods as unethical, they can overthrow them and establish their own biker gang. These bikers can judge and administer justice as they see fit like they do in "Mad Max". If convicted, the guilty can be imprisoned, executed, etc.
