have a mass reappraisal of homes to normalize home values and to reduce mortgage principals.

Created by D.G. on February 07, 2012

Normalizing home values based on the current market through mass housing reappraisal will only serve to help the housing and economic recovery process. Furthermore, banks should be required to reduce mortgage principals based on the new home value, thereby decreasing the stress and burden of having an underwater mortgage. Normalizing home values and reducing mortgage principals will put the housing market back on equal ground, decrease recovery time, and encourage economic investment.
