Under the bill HR 347 it is punishable by law to
‘‘(2) knowingly, and with intent to impede or disrupt the
orderly conduct of Government business or official functions.
By designating the funerals of the Servicemen/Women as "Special Events of National Signifigance" and designating them as an "official function" it would afford the family the protection of HR 347.
