have military service override any previous convictions, and also have military service appear on back round checks.

Created by T.P. on January 15, 2013

If you were convicted of a crime, and then accepted into the U.S. Armed Forces, the previous crime should be removed from your record. For example, if I was arrested for a fight, and later on in my life was accepted into the Military, why is my previous arrest still on my record. You trust me with a assault rifle and live grenades around other people, but companies do not trust me to ring up their groceries for their customers.
