The 2 year old Bounkham “Bou Bou” Phonesavanh was attacked by a radical US militia group looking for narcotics. In the attack the infant was targeted with an explosive device.

After the attempted murder no one was charged, since these militia groups operate in the US under protection from any legal repercussions.
