Over the years, I have seen a number of police or public officials who have broken the law, who have not report another colleague's errors, misconducts, or crimes.
I have seen many officers who don't want to be held accountable for their actions of brutality, misconduct, violation of Civil rights, and ignorance of the law from the people who they are paid to protect and service.
I would like to propose a more strict law that when a police officers breaks the law, s/he be given a more harsher penalty.
We pay these people to protect and serve us, we cannot allow officers that get a slap on the wrist and walk out after committing brutality that leaves a innocent citizen in the ICU at the hospital or that a cop tried to falsify a document that could have led a innocent in jail for life.
