Have more strict regulations on Welfare recipients.

In America, some people get a free ride through their lives by abusing the Welfare program. There are a lot of people who actually need welfare assistance but aren’t eligible because they have a part time, very low income job. While other people, who are completely able to get a decent paying job, sit at home, eat lobster, while watching their big, expensive flat screen TVs. They use the money that should be used for food for their families on items that are totally unnecessary to live. We need restrictions on what these people can buy and spend their government money on. Necessities should be the only thing allowed to be purchased with any type of government assistance. Stores should regulate what people can purchase with their access cards and food stamps.
