Human exploration of Venus from its upper atmosphere. In many ways the upper atmosphere of Venus is more suited to long term human prescence than Mars. Its presure is at Earth levels (no pressure suits), its 70 degrees, and there is enough atmosphere above you to provide protection from radiation. Its also closer to Earth than Mars so less human transit time. Being largely CO2, plants brought along could convert it to oxygen for the crew. Compared to the surface of Mars, The upper atmosphere of Venus is safer and technologically more achievable.
