Amend the Constitution to ensure the positions held by members of Congress become what they were intended to be: public servants.
The so-called "Congress Reform Act of 2013" that has been floating around has some good starting points to address corruption and pork spending in Congress.
Members of Congress should not be allowed to serve for more than 8 years, and they should also be measured by the same standards as the people they represent.
Making them subscribe to Social Security, vacation time, sick days and other limitations that the American workforce is subject to would make sure that the people that are serving are there to SERVE the public and not themselves.
