my 3 year old nephew was beaten from waist down and the only place i see the guy picture is on my police website . so in turn if he leaves town or state there is no where else a mother of kids can check for a prior on child abuse but there is a place to check for sex offender why cant we have a place for child abusers it is ten times worse a lot of kids don't make it or end up in a wheel chair or something worse. so stand up and join the fight to end child abuse help protect other kids and families from this heart break .
